KAB district Wesel: Partnership with CWM Zambia

Zambia is a landlocked country in Africa with eight neighbors: the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Angola. The capital city is Lusaka, located in the south-central part of the country. The state covers an area of 752.600 km /2. Zambia has a tropical climate that is dry, and depending on the particular season. First contacts between the CWM of Zambia and the KAB district Wesel were created in 2009. A representative from Zambia wanted contacts with partner organisations. As a viable form of cooperation developed in the following years under the special commitment of Martin Mohr in collaboration with the world emergency unit. KAB district Wesel 2010 formed an advisory board composed of 12 people from the district at the time.
